About Lucille

Lucille Greeff is an Enneagram teacher and practitioner with The Aephoria Group. She integrates the Enneagram with vertical development to grow individuals, couples, teams, and systems. Lucille is known for turning deep psychological insight into practical, repeatable change, and for equipping practitioners to use the Enneagram in inclusive, interculturally intelligent ways. She brings warmth, depth, and rigour to her work with coaches, therapists, leaders, and teams.

What you’ll learn

Between two people, a third entity is born, the quiet, breathing us that sits between daily hustle and the longing to be seen and loved. In this Community of Practice session, we’ll listen for that voice and ask what it needs. This allows the Enneagram to be a constellation - as type, trifix, and instinct stack trace the relationship’s patterns in support of purposeful and conscious intimacy.

Through the friction of difference and the grace of repair, relationship are a school of becoming: learning to love, see and be seen, stay, forgive, and sometimes let go. We’ll return to the deeper purpose of partnership: forming an “us” that enlarges the world and grows each of us towards our wholeness.

Join fellow Enneagram practitioners and enthusiasts to hold a generous circle and tend the living field between two people. We’ll explore a case study and simple practices:

  • Self- and other-awareness in service of the third entity

  • Somatic embodiment (in your body, in your world)

  • Scripts for repair and reconnection

  • Invitations to co-regulate
